About the roleAs a Digital Finance Manager, you will be a digital native and thought leader that is used to continuously think through people - process – systems to lead E2E digital finance projects from design, over implementation to realizing continuous improvements, maximalising the value generation of a leading systems backbone, challenging the status quo and taking the lead to enhance the user experience.Your Impact as a Digital Finance Manager
  • You lead the Design Authority Board Process to ensure design choices are aligned with key stakeholder expectations of all streams, whilst keeping a clear focus on meeting the Finance Digital Transformation Programs key requirement and mitigating risks.
  • You support the proper go-live of the digital programs by acting as reliable SPOC bridging and translating the business and finance requirements for IT, while sufficiently thinking through how processes could be further adjusted to increase the value of the digital finance backbone and you support training programs for the different solutions and the adoption of new tools.
  • You conduct regular System Architecture Evaluations, in close cooperation with the IT and Finance organizations and you drive a continuous improvement process for the chosen solution.
  • You provide thought leadership to create a compelling to-be vision and roadmap to maximize the value generation (effectiveness & efficiency gains) with a strong focus on people, process & systems and you define long-term strategies for the Finance Digital Landscape, in close cooperation with the IT and Finance organizations and the business.
  • You continuously keep yourself up to date with the evolution in the UX domain and leverage.
About You Essential skills & competencies
  • You have a master’s degree with at least 8 years of working experience preferably in consulting or business.
  • You have good influencing, change and agile project management skills.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to drive a transformation.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of finance processes and systems with a strong business acumen.
  • You are familiar with SAP CFIN, SAP SAC / Preferred: SAP Group Reporting / ICMR and with management reporting and visualization tools.
  • You speak English fluently.
