We are growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make an impact and drive growth for our clients. WX Digital Agency provides Website Development, Digital Marketing, and CRO services and partners up with clients based in the US and Europe operating primarily in the technology and E-commerce industry.

WX is looking for an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team of savvy marketers. As a Digital Marketing Strategist at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the digital marketing strategy and campaigns for several of our clients.

Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company’s success, so you will play a crucial role in achieving business goals and objectives. You enjoy working in a small, remote team and mixing your creativity with data to build out strategies and marketing funnels. You are hands-on and know your way around tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.

What You’ll Do At WX
  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for several of our clients primarily in the technology industry.
  • Use our frameworks and collaborate with team members to report the progress of key performance indicators and how the strategy and experiments are impacting these.
  • Be a driver of innovation and experimentation around new technologies, channels, messaging, and tactics relevant to the client’s goals.
  • Deliver regular updates to different partners on KPIs and metrics, and develop action plans based on the learnings.

We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role.
  • A strong understanding of how to use strategy and experiments to drive integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels, you are able to recommend the best strategy evaluating the client’s goals versus the different channels available.
  • Ability to establish relationships and build rapport in order to influence decisions at all levels.
  • Excels in verbal and written communication, with effective listening and a strong collaborative attitude.
  • You know your way around HubSpot as we use the complete HubSpot platform for the majority of our clients (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub).
  • You are organized, have an attention to detail, and love marketing. Growth hacking skills are a plus.
