Digital Supply Chain Analyst

This E2E Supply Chain transformation entails an integrated enterprise system solution which translates to new ways of working across roles and functions. The Digital Supply Chain Analyst role is intended to ensure leadership and stakeholder readiness, engagement and change adoption at the right rhythm that optimizes the intended solution value. Participants in this role will gain broad knowledge of how the businesses work and exposure across functions plus leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full discovery of individual, functional and cross-functional change impacts through study, interview, and analysis by system module of Supply Chain transformation including people, process, and technology
• Translate change impacts into tangible, actionable change plans and solutions
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and determine stakeholder need based on type and degree of change impact to roles and for the leaders of these roles
• In partnership with communications resource and training, ensure all BU stakeholders migrate from awareness through involvement to engagement
• Continuously assess conditions of alignment and pace of change with other BU Change Analysts
• Gather the right forums of users/leaders and facilitate full change impact awareness with proposed actions; help prepare and lead presentations for senior leaders on change status
• Develop, review, revise, and maintain change management plan for the project by BU
• Align change plan with rhythm of solution design and implementation to ensure right-timed readiness activities are complete (i.e. run a 30-60-90 day rolling plan)
• Design feedback channels and frequently evaluate effectiveness of communications and communication channels and adjust as needed
• Ensure that changes are deployed in a consistent, timely fashion that manages the risk of change and minimizes disruptions but ensures that changes are successfully implemented.
• Evaluate resistance in adopting the change at the user, process, and technology level
• Provide consultative support to resources on the project regarding change process and potential roadblocks

Profile

• Master degree in related discipline strongly preferred (i.e. Supply Chain, Economics, Computer Science, or similar technical degree)
• 5-7 years of experience in related field, E2E supply chain, project management, change management
• Ability to collaborate across a team and facilitate cross-sections of participants
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Strong process orientation with solid attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work in a complex, fast paced and rapidly changing global business environment
• Ability to organize, analyze, interpret, and disseminate information through various mediums
• Strong knowledge of Windows based applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio) and experience with OMP is a plus
• Fluent in English
