Oda is growing and will soon be opening our brand new fulfillment center located at Liertoppen, to support this growth and the opening of the new fulfillment center we are happy to announce we are looking for new drivers to be part of this new era of Oda and support the launch at Liertoppen.

About the role:As a driver for Oda Delivery you will be the face of our company for our customers and you will get to meet our amazing customers on a daily basis! Our fleet of last mile delivery vehicles is built up of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Ford Transit where the eldest one is from 2020. The fleet has a custom cabinet that has been designed and developed with input from our current drivers to make the drivers day as easy and productive as possible. You will be located at our fulfillment center at Liertoppen and your work day will start and finish here. The position reports to the Delivery Operating Manager / Delivery Teamleader.

Work tasks:

    • Delivery of food products and packages to our customers in the larger Oslo area, Lier and Drammen (Lots of walking and stairs to and from your vehicle)
    • General maintenance of the fleet (Changing bulbs, fluid top-up and cleaning)
    • Training of new staff members in how to become a world class delivery driver
    • General tasks connected to the daily operation of the fulfillment center and fleet
    • Loading and unloading of products
    • Customer service
    • Partake in feedback and development of new routines and systems

We are looking for you that :

    • Likes working independently but also thrives in a team
    • Is in great physical condition as the role requires lots of lifting and walking
    • Experience from the transport industry is desirable
    • Thrives with a sometimes hectic work day
    • Challenges the established and is not afraid of thinking new and providing new solutions to the benefit of the staff or company

Qualifications
Drivers license class B (minimum 1 year)
Norwegian/other Scandinavian languages and/or English

Practical information:
Be aware! The location for training and work will be located at our fulfillment center at Lørenskog until the opening of our fulfillment center at Liertoppen summer 2022. Shift times during your work at Lørenskog might be different than the ones listed below for Lier.
