Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to offer accurate information to clients
  • Document all customer interactions clearly in the company’s CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to develop best practices for service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities to hone your skills
  • Share feedback and suggestions for process improvements to further enhance the customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a must
  • Exceptional communication skills combined with a strong dedication to customer service
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and customer support technology
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to embrace a new cultural experience
