Initial freelance contract till the end of 2023 + extensionsLeuven, BelgiumThe Integrator Works In The Following Context
  • One team supplies the basic system functionality, the ’platform’.
  • Another team creates a ’sister product’.
  • The software integrator works in a 3rd team that develops a second product deriving from the platform and the ’sister product’.
The software integrator will work proactively to facilitate the integration of the ’basic system functionality’ and the ’sister product’ in the second product they work on.When the integration issues occur while the three teams are developing, the software Integrator will identify the root cause and work with the three teams to solve the problem.The software integrator does not hesitate to dig through all layers of the code to find the root cause of integration failures.The software integrator works on an efficient build process with the CI engineer, so the team gets feedback from the CI system ASAP after their ’commit’.When time permits, the software integrator to regular software development.All Embedded software is written in C.The systems have two Arm Cortex M0.One Cortex runs FreeRTOS, the second Cortex is bare metal.The products they work on are successors of their highly successful NxH3670(The NxH3670 is targeted at wireless audio streaming for gaming headphones, delivering low latency audio and ultra-low power consumption)All Scripting is in Python.Our CI is based on Jenkins.
