Full-time position (replacement)
  • Start date: ASAP
  • End date: End of year with a possibility for an extension (for 1-2 years)
  • Location: Braine (ideally based in Belgium but the manager is open to candidates from other countries too - we should see what is legally possible depending on the country)
  • Must-haves: experience and knowledge about Microsoft Defender Security Suit, Windows Firewall, Attack Surface Reduction (managing endpoint solution)
  • Around 6 years of experience in the protection area
  • Good-to-have: experience with McAfee (not mandatory) or any other antivirus solution
  • Experience with project management (not a deal breaker)
  • Experience with stake holder management/to be able to explain technical terms to end users so they can understand what we expect from them)
  • Language: English (required)
MISSION :Role Description:
  • Design, Build and Delivering of high-quality technical solutions on Endpoint Security platforms (Microsoft and McAfee) – Project tasks.
  • To take ownership of the full lifecycle of these technologies and support the wider Security architects in their designs.
  • Identify improvements to existing solutions and processes by implementing or expanding automation workflows
  • Strong stakeholder management skills that can work and influence across multiple business units.
  • Work cooperatively with the other members of the team
  • Ensure adherence to processes and procedures
  • Experience in writing supporting documentation (both user-facing and technical)
  • Previous experience in a Pharma company would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of project management terminologies would be beneficial
COMPETENCES CLES :The technical skills required for the position:
  • Microsoft Defender Security Suite
 Defender AV, Windows Firewall Attack Surface Reduction rules and other Windows 10/11 build features (Credential Guard, Application Guard, Application Control, Tamper Protection) Defender for Endpoint Defender of Cloud Apps
  • McAfee/Trellix Endpoint Security Suite
 McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator McAfee Endpoint Security Threat Protection Adaptive Threat Protection Firewall McAfee Application Control (Good To Know)
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft 365 Security Suite would be advantageous (Defender for Identity, Defender for Office365, Defender for Cloud) - Optional
