Are you aNetwork Engineerand eager to consider a new project?

How about a role at a large Telecom company in Belgium?

We are currently looking for a Network Engineer for a long term project (11 months) in Mechelen area. The initial contract will be for 3 months, with rolling extensions. You need to be available to be 2 days a week in the office in Mechelen.

As an Network Engineer you will join the of 12 other Engineers. You will assist one of the senior IP Engineer with the rollout of a 500+ site SD-WAN network for B2B. You will be responsible for assisting filed techs over the phone with site installs, prep site migrations and participate in project meetings. You will also be translating access-lists to security policies.

Requirements

Looking for an entry level network engineer, with 1-2 years of relevant experience

Mandatory
  • native Dutch speaker
  • good knowledge of and experience with Cisco-Meraki Platform
  • good knowledge of IP and routing protocols (level Cisco CCNA or equivalent through experience)
  • working knowledge of SOHO firewalls (Meraki MX or equivalent)
  • good general knowledge of SD-WAN
  • Experience with Python scripting
  • Experience with using the Meraki API
  • good knowledge/experience with Nokia SRoS
