Little Guest is looking for a smart and dynamic Account Manager Junior to support its international sales development in the luxury hospitality market !

Scope of activities

- Daily communication with our 300 kids-friendly hotels worldwide (b-to-b)

- Close collaboration with our Reservation department, our Affiliate Director and with our Marketing team

Mission and responsibilities

- Establish a trustful relationship with the Sales and Marketing Managers of the 5-star hotels members of our network

- Analyze our sales and our market trends and publish intern and extern reports

- Find and contact new hotel partners and suggest them to be part of our luxury collection

- Provide administrative support to our Affiliate Director

- Provide sales and marketing support to our digital marketing team

Skills

The ideal candidate will be result-oriented with an extremely proactive personality and a courteous, dynamic, and approachable character. You demonstrate a strong interest in luxury hospitality and childcare. You work within a small team of 4 people while possessing the following additional competencies:

  • Adaptability
  • Teamwork
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal French and English communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of the international luxury travel market

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality/Travel Agency Management or in International Business, Luxury Management with preferably previous experience in the industry or a similar role.

Computer literacy and perfect English are a must.

Additional languages and experience with CRM software are valued.
