Description :

The Accounting and operations intern organizes and is responsible for the invoicing process. He handles the purchases in the company, and makes sure every expenses are justified and documented with proof. He is in charge of creating financial reports for strategic purposes. He has a transversal role, and needs to be at ease talking to people and engaging them for working purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the invoicing processes, classify and make followup on it
  • Structure and control purchasing process according to budget
  • Controlling the operations and expenses KPI
  • Prepare and update financial reporting
  • Review subsidy applications and be the point of contact for administrations
  • Support in the due diligence process and provide requested information to the investors
  • You will work closely with the COO and CFO, who will accompany you the whole process.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with partners
  • Strong excel/G sheets skills
  • You have ideas and are eager to implement them
  • You make-it-happen and are goal-oriented
  • Self-learner and curious
  • Able to prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Available 6 months – Master’s Degree student in Business, Finance, engineering, Accounting or related
  • Languages : Good English mandatory + French (any other European language is an asset)
