Lutosa is a belgian company active for more than 40 years that runs 2 production sites and employs a total of 1.200 people.
Lutosamanufactures and markets a wide range of frozen French friesand specialities(Pom’ Pin, Duchesse, Spicy Wedges, Röstis, Mashed Potatoes) as well as an organicrange. It also manufactures pre-fried chips and dehydrated potato flakes.
These products are sold to food servicenetworks, via wholesalers, to large and mid-sized distribution retailers, and to industrial food companies.
Lutosa exports 95% of its production to 141 countries through 24 subsidiaries and commercial offices.

Function
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will contribute to the Lutosa brand strategy and implement it in a given geographical area (Latin America, Middle East, China, USA, Africa).
Your main responsibilities are the following:
- You will develop the tactical plans in accordance with the defined strategy and in close collaboration with the other departments of the company (sales, planning, production, logistics, finance)
- You will ensure that the objectives set are achieved and measure their effectiveness
- You contribute to the digital plan and communication
- You support customers in the development of their markets.
After training, you will be required to :
- Define priorities, write plans, implement marketing activities in your geographical area, including the organization of trade shows
- Develop and strengthen the Lutosa brand identity and positioning through the various elements of the marketing mix
- Ensure competitive intelligence and maintain a strong knowledge of markets and customer needs through internal and external analysis, regular exchanges with the sales team and managers of subsidiaries abroad, as well as with our customers.
- Co-lead CSR communication, both internally and externally
Profile
- Master’s degree in marketing or communication
- 3 to 5 years experience in marketing, preferably B-to-B and in the food industry
- Familiar with the use of the Office suite and Business Intelligence programs. Knowledge of the Adobe suite is a plus
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written), knowledge of another language is an asset
- Passionate about corporate social responsibility
- Rigorous, creative, great commercial sense, excellent organizational skills, ability to combine long term vision and short term efficiency, enjoy team work
- You live in the region and are willing to travel occasionally for short stays
