• Safe, efficient and reliable production processes that meet our customers’ needs and performance requirements.
• Fast and accurate operations support to meet business and customer needs
• Effective execution of process changes
• Continuous improvement in safety, process costs, product quality and capacity utilization

• Participate in the definition of standards, operational and technical practices in collaboration with the European process technical team.
• Oversee the data management and monitoring of processes within your scope
• Ensure the follow-up of KPI’s and strategies related to the production processes
• Assess whether the process engineers in our factories have the training, knowledge and skills to do their job and achieve the set objectives.
• Be willing to train in order to acquire the required expertise and to stay abreast of the latest technical developments
• Facilitate the exchange of information and good technical practices between the different levels: Group, European and Area.

• Contribute to the identification and implementation of improvements aimed at optimizing the efficiency of production, costs, quality and use of our production capacities.

• Support the development of new products, new plant designs or new processes (e.g. injection of new fuels)
• Support plant production teams and other departments (CAPEX, EIA,...)
• Addressing recurring issues affecting operations in order to identify and implement long-term solutions

• Engineering degree in electricity, mechanics or chemistry

• You are fluent in French and have a good level of written and spoken English (B2)
• You have a proven track record of more than 5 years in an industrial production environment, preferably in the field of lime or cement production.
• You are familiar with the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.) and have an affinity with IT tools
• You have knowledge of the basics in statistics
• You have knowledge of hydraulics and electricity
• You are service and solution oriented, have a good team spirit and are able to work independently, rigorously, organized and have a sense of priorities.
• You are a good communicator
• You have ownership, are stress resistant and keep a cool head in all circumstances
• You are pragmatic and have good analytical skills
• You know how to take decisions, when necessary, with a long-term vision
• You are willing to travel up to 20% of your time mainly in Europe and Turkey
