Do you have a passion for administration? Do you want to work in an international life science company? As an assistant commercial operations, you will enable the sales & marketing team to perform in the most optimal way. Our Country Commercial Lead and the management team in our office in Diegem will depend on you to perform a variety of administrative duties. Therefore, your language skills (Dutch, French, English) will be of use on a daily basis.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Management of incentives, promotions and meetings with customers.
• Administrate purchase orders and invoicing
• Follow-up and control of sales department expenses and control of budget
• Planning agenda, organize meetings, travel support, ...
• Follow-up all policies, procedures, standards, specifications and guidelines.
• Provide accurate bilingual communication (NL/FR) to different stakeholders

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years work experience (administrative/organizational background)
• Full proficiency in Dutch, French and English
• Good knowledge of IT systems and software programs
• Eager to learn while being well organized, practical and solution oriented
• Team player who is social and flexible with excellent communication skills
