Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
Organize personnel activities and take care of personnel celebrations
Support recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, conducting job interviews
Coordinate training sessions with Marriott systems
Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
Administration; preparing employee contracts and associated employee agreements, administrative processing of recruitment and selection procedure, payroll preparation, update HR databases, prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures, create job profiles, administration related to new hires and employment terminations etc.
Profiel
Higher education level, BA in Business Administration, hotelschool or any other relevant field; education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
Experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources position
Good with data management
Good understanding of human resources processes and best practices
Fluency in Dutch & English (speaking and writing)
