    • Has leadership and management experience.
    • Has management experience.
    • Understands safety and hygiene (HACCP standards are a no-brainer for you).

    • Loves our concept and is passionate about healthy fast food.
    • Is flexible—whether it’s evenings or weekends, you’re ready to create the tastiest poké bowls!
    • At Hawaiian, we find it important—and also enjoyable—to work together with colleagues from different nationalities. By applying, you confirm that you have the necessary permits to work at Hawaiian in Belgium and the Netherlands. Do you have a non-European nationality? What will you do? ????

  • Manage inventory, KPIs, schedules, and orders with great attention to detail.
  • Effectively guide the team and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a highly efficient and motivated team.
  • Create an outstanding customer experience and handle any complaints professionally
  • Ensure every bowl is presented with quality and care—always with a smile!

What do we offer? ????

???? Gross hourly wage of €16.92 + Hospitalization insurance

???? 40-hour contract + 20 vacation days + 12 ADV days
