Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant was founded in 2008 and currently employs more than 160 staff members. It is a unique and open innovation pilot and demonstration facility for process development, scale-up and custom manufacturing of biobased products and processes from lab to multi ton scale. A wide and flexible spectrum of modular unit operations combined with a team of highly trained and experienced engineers and bioprocess technicians facilitates the translation of biobased laboratory processes into viable industrial processes.

To date, Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant has successfully performed 500+ projects on a bilateral basis with 200+ companies from all over the world. It was/is also involved in more than 50 consortium-based public projects.

Wie zoeken we:

Voor de vervanging van onze werknemer zoeken we een tijdelijke assistent boekhouder met de volgende kwaliteiten:
  • Je genoot een basis opleiding boekhouden of bezit een minimale basiskennis boekhouden
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je bent communicatief
  • Je kan vlot overweg met MS office toepassingen en de nodige platformen
  • Je hebt een hands on mentaliteit en neemt initiatief om dingen vooruit te laten gaan
  • Je bent oplossings- en klantgericht, je kan om met deadlines en je werkt graag in een internationale setting
  • Je werkt nauwgezet
  • Ervaring met een ERP systeem (SAP, MS Business Central Dynamics, ...) is een pluspunt
  • Je bent op de hoogte van de BTW regelgeving en idealiter intrastat
  • Je bent bereid bij te scholen waar nodig

Jouw takenpakket:

Je komt terecht in een administratieve functie:
  • Factuurcontrole
  • In deze afwisselende job werk je nauw samen met de mensen van de boekhouding, aankoop en logistiek
