The Role

Korn Ferry has partnered with one of the world’s leading Pharmaceutical companies to effectively deliver on their European recruitment needs. We have fantastic new opportunities for experienced sourcing experts, interested in gaining further recruitment expertise and opportunities to increase experience in the EMEA region.

Our Recruiters are based across Europe, in this role you will be working closely with a Senior Recruiter to ensure we bring the best talent into our client’s business.

Key Accountabilities

• Attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies
• Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies

• Approach and screen candidates
• Create talent pools as well as pipelining;
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data
• Work closely with the Internal Recruiter on a daily basis and support him/her in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s
• Suggest process improvements concerning all aspect of the recruitment – we are always looking for ideas how to be better!

Skills & Experience

• Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices
• Strong sourcing background with experience of using multiple sourcing channels
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage but notessential

• Fluent English language skillsas well as French
• High level of attention to detail
• Skills in reporting and working on different recruitment systems
• Ability to work in fast – paced environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral

• Knowledge of Pharma, Healthcare or Life Sciences recruitment would be advantageous but not essential
