This position is responsible for the implementation of approved Mondelez EU projects in plants of category Meals with focus on raw and/or pack change managementas well as supporting the identification of new productivity projects . This individual interfaces extensively with different levels within Supply Chain (e.g. Manufacturing, Procurement, R&D, PCM, D2P and CS&L etc.), to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality.

How You Will Contribute

You will:
  • Lead implementation of productivity projects ( with focus on pack/raw materials)including implementation of new specifications and supplier switches, etc.) within agreed time and budget.
  • Be the key contact for defined pack/raw suppliers within the project implementation of new product developments (NPD), specification changes and supplier switches.
  • Provide cross-functional project team meetings with needed supplier input
  • Organize trial execution incl raw / pack material buying
  • Generate ideas for productivity projects linked to raw & pack materials
  • Strong linkage to key stakeholders to minimize waste/ scrap costs

  • Proven experience in project management methodology
  • Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members
  • Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines
  • Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery
  • Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions
  • Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making
  • Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners
  • Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving

Ideally we’re looking for someone with:
  • A university degree
  • A technical background, ideally as a packing technologist , alternatively several years of experience in Procurement/ Operations functions dealing with pack/raw material change management .
  • Experience of working in multicultural teams and environment
  • Worked in role with extensive multifunctional interaction and exposure.
  • Fluent French and English compulsory.
