Oliver James is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company in Belgium to find a CRM Business Analyst to join their team.The position is open for permanentWe are looking for two talented and experienced Business Analyst CRM with expertise in SAP to join our international team. As a Business Analyst CRM, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into effective solutions, providing trainings, and ensuring the successful implementation and testing of CRM systems. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders is crucial, and we value candidates who possess humility and a strong personality.   • Understand business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business and IT.
  • Design and configure CRM solutions within the SAP environment, considering best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide trainings to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize CRM functionalities.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in CRM technologies and SAP modules.
  • Maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, where teamwork and knowledge sharing are valued.
Who are you ?
  • You have a first experience as a Business Analyst CRM, with a focus on SAP
  • In-depth understanding of CRM concepts, processes, and best practices
  • Proficiency in SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Service
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
  • Experience in providing trainings and user support for CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple projects and priorities
  • Humility and a strong personality, with the ability to adapt and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Experience in testing CRM environments and ensuring system quality
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus
