Mission context:

· We are looking for a senior BA who can support us in this migration project.

· Analytical skills and strong soft skills are very important. Considering this is a data-driven project, data analytical skills are also important.

· We are looking for a senior profile, someone who can work autonomously and who is proactive, with strong communication and stakeholder skills.

· Experience in banking and migration projects is a plus. As is knowledge of customer data and data models.

Function description:

· Identify business needs

· Act as an interface between the project owner and project management

· Bridge the business needs with IS

· Define and analyze the business model using modeling techniques and methods

· Manage the risk, quality, and issues

Required experience/knowledge:

· At least 5 years of relevant experience

· Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods

· Good expertise in MS Office

· Good understanding of IS and testing

· Good understanding of workflow processes

· experience in project management

Preferable Skills:

· Execute queries (BO)

· Experience in the Agile way of working

· Knowledge of customer data and data models
