At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team in Brussels.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Documentation of business requirements
  • Business model analysis
  • Business process analysis and modelling.
  • Functional requirements and business cases analysis
  • Risk analysis.
  • Assistance in the assessment of AI technologies applied to business processes and in the implementation of the AI solutions: roadmap for the deployment of the AI solutions.
  • Occasionally, awareness raising activities and promoting of AI usage.


Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s degre.
  • At least 7 years of experience overall.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Business analysis of which, an experience of minimum 1 year in AI-leveraged business process implementation.
  • A minimum 1 year of experience of large organization administrative business processes.
  • At least 1 year experience of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
  • Very good knowledge of process analysis and modelling tools and techniques
  • Ability in identifying opportunities to upscale/transform business processes through AI solutions
  • Ability to apply high quality standards
  • Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
  • Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
  • Proficiency in English language at a C1 level.
  • Proficiency in French language at a B2 level is considered an advantage.
