Position Description:
The Technology Management Services Division contributes to the transformation of Tech Divisions through People & Communication, Sourcing & Partner Management, Technology Business Management and Partner Relationship Management.
The Sourcing and Skills Evolution initiative, aims to have the needed skills at the needed time, the needed place in I.T. This requires to build a view of the “as is” and the “to be” situation and to set-up the associated actions to bridge the gaps on the sourcing mix and skill mix. The related Expertise Risk Assessment is an essential exercise in the management of our Workforce and takes place twice a year.
The gaps are bridged by the set-up of learning paths (trainings, certifications, etc.) and by associating people to these learnings. Pilots are on-going across IT and a sustainable process is being put in place, taking into account all elements of WF (as is, to be, bridging the gaps action, … ).
To continue with our mission, we are looking for a talented person to join us and be part of the People & Communication team (P&C), reporting to the head of P&C, and working very closely with the senior project managers of the Sourcing and Skills Evolution initiative. You will be responsible to run the Expertise Risk Assessment (ERA) and skills evolution activities for some IT divisions, run pilots across I.T. divisions and you will be part of the COE.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
1. You will work closely with the senior projects managers to ensure execution of the regular expertise risk assessment exercises.
o You will run the Expertise risks assessment with several IT divisions
o You will define the lack of capacity on given key skills, single point of failures on skill level, skill dependencies on external sources etc..
o You will accompany team leaders and IT management to review plans based on the expertise risks assessment methodology
o You will provide advisory re. mitigating actions, monitoring progress on actions, gather the needed information and prepare management reporting.
o You will manage the execution of the related action plans, and support the IT Management team in decision making.
o You contribute to continuous improvement of the process.
2. As part of the pilots, you will consult, guide and work hand in hand with the divisions to map the as-is and to-be situation
o You will identify skills/sourcing gaps
3. You actively collaborate to the set-up and run of the Center of Excellence (COE)
o Contribute in implementing a long-term vision for sourcing mix and skills (technical, business, soft skills), and the related topics (Recruitment, up/re/self-skilling, mobility, etc.).
o Participate to setting the standards on technical skills lists & sourcing mix in the COE
o Participate to the setup of an adequate data structure and its key concepts (consistency of information, reusability of tactical tools/ set-up of the future workforce management tool)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

3. You have a good balance between analytical skills, organization, project management and relationship skills
4. You have a continuous improvement mindset as well as be a good fit in an agile working culture.
5. Be a real team player while also being able to work by herself/himself
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
7. You have good verbal and written communication skills in English
