Your role

  • In this role, you will be the strategic business partner for our operational BUs Consulting & LOP as well as for our Shared Service BU.
  • You participate in the budget/forecast cycles and perform various variance & trend analyses.
  • You continuously improve/create our dashboards and you report on the most important (financial & operational) KPI’s. You guarantee the correctness of your data.
  • You will perform operational financial tasks such as invoicing, project creation, order entry validation, etc. (10 to 15% of your time).
  • You participate in ad hoc projects (e.g. process improvements, tax optimisation, etc.)
  • You will work within the Finance Team and work closely with the different BU management teams. You will report to the Head of Finance.

Your skills

  • You have a Master’s degree in finance, economics or similar.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a controlling position or in a similar financial position. You are strict, have an eye for detail and get a kick out of delivering a strong and up to day administration.
  • Therefore, you have excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel). First experiences with and knowledge of NetSuite & Hubspot are a great plus.
  • You are fluent in English and in Dutch or French.
