A company active in the automotive sector is looking for a Business Controller to join its offices in Brussels.

Thanks to your previous experience in external audit, you will be the privileged interlocutor concerning financial matters. You will be responsible for the business controlling and analysis/optimization of the financial performance.

The main responsibilities of the new Business Controller are as follows:

  • Analysis of business and financial performance
  • Preparation of monthly dashboards
  • Proactive analysis to improve performance
  • Identification and analysis of variances between forecasts and actuals and proposal of action plans

Profile required:

  • You have a master’s degree in finance
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in external audit
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English

Assets required for this position:

  • You have excellent communication and analytical skills
  • You are proactive and an excellent team player
