Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Cash Flow Manager (m/f/x)for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the medical sector,region Anderlecht.

As Cash Flow Manager (m/f/x)you will be responsible for:

Cash management and planning:Monitor and manage cash flows across the group, ensuring optimal use of resources.

• Prepare and maintain cash forecasts,
• Cash flow optimization,
• Plan and propose timely outgoing payments based on visibility over Accounts Payable (AP).

Financial operations:

• Monitor Accounts payable and recommend corrective actions for outstanding accounts,
• Oversee Accounts receivable and initiate direct debit collections while promptly addressing collection issues,
• Provide control and analysis for various GL accounts and support month-end closing activities.
• Process improvements:Collaborate with the team to implement automation and efficiency improvements in finance processes which are currently performed with limited automation.

The required profile for the Cash Flow Manager (m/f/x)position:

• Education:Bachelor or similar in finance or accounting
• Experience:A minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Cash flow management
• Treasury Management
• Monitoring of AP & AR
• Financial Operations (ideally in a wholesale company or comparable environment)
• Language Skills:working proficiency in English and French is required; good knowledge of German and Dutch is preferred
• Key Competencies:Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset to drive automation and efficiency improvements
• Personality: Hands-on, dynamic, problem solver, good communication skills, keeps the head cool under pressure, good sense of humor.
