Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months contract with possible prolongations in the case of a good cooperation

Contract type: B2B

Mode: Full-time, the first few months on-site; then hybrid (3 days on-site per week in Braine-l’Alleud)

Location: Belgium - Brussels Region

Language: Must be fluent in French and English

Travel: Required to Buelle, Switzerland

Role:

To support the digital transformation of the Engineering Documentation Technical Management Systems team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the vision and roadmap for Digital Adoption within the EDTMS Project.
  • Ensure successful adoption of digital solutions tailored to local context and needs.
  • Implement change management strategies to facilitate an effective digital transformation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and create a network of key users and change agents.
  • Manage resistance from staff and end-users during the transition from old to new systems.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital/Technology/IT.
  • Proven change management skills.
  • Experience implementing digital solutions in any industrial sector.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Documentation storage expertise.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0 opportunities.
  • Experience with coaching and stakeholder mapping.
