For a company active in brand awareness, we are currently looking for a CTO able to define the IT strategy and action plans to make this strategic technological leap.

Mission
  • You work closely with the CEO and all stakeholders to define and deliver new solutions and improvements to existing services. You play an active and vital role in formulating and executing a growth strategy.
  • You manage a team of IT specialists by ensuring that you share the ambition of the company, by defining each person’s objectives, the processes to be followed and the performance indicators.
  • You engage in an innovation policy to make technology an accelerator of competitiveness
  • You identify, compare, select and implement technological solutions to meet current and future needs.
  • You are responsible for the proper functioning of all technological processes and systems
Required Profile
  • You have an academic degree in computer science, computer science or comparable.
  • You have a successful experience in IT team management.
  • You have a passion for the development of new value-creating technological solutions and notions in IT infrastructure management.
  • You have a real team spirit
  • You provide leadership and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are a person who continually seeks to enable the company to accelerate, simplify and develop its business through technology
  • You are flexible and agile. You adapt quickly to changes in the business.
