An insurance claim is the defining moment for our service; it is the moment when we deliver on our promise. At AGCS, we are committed to delivering superior claims experience to all our customers. This newly created role will handle Global Fronting Program claims within the Alternative Risk Transfer Line of Business (ART LoB) written by various AGCS entities.

Based either in Antwerp or London, Belgium or the UK, you will report to the Global Head of ART LoB Claims and administer claims of our Global Fronting Program business. You will deliver effective and efficient claims handling support in close cooperation with the Captives Insurers of our clients, the global ART LoB and the wider AGCS team.

You will take on the following tasks, working closely with other functional areas, such as Underwriting and Operations, as well as with AGCS and ART LoB colleagues around the world:
##Input and maintain accurate claims records for designated accounts in AGCS and ART LoB specific Claims administration systems
##Maintain and monitor claim bordereaux, Experience Account Balances (EAB), etc. and ensure proper reflection in systems in close cooperation with F&A
##Prepare case for settlement of claim in collaboration with the Captive Insurers of the client and global fronting partners
##Process indemnity and expense payments
##Produce management information reports (e.g. monthly major claims movements)
##Prepare referral documentation and materials as appropriate
##Report loss information internally and externally
##Coordinate and manage our loss adjuster partners and manage the delegated authorities
##Maintain strong relationships with fronting insurers as well as internal and external clients

##3-5 years’ professional experience in dealing with international claims
##Specialized understanding of global accounts.
##Understanding of AGCS claim systems (e.g. Global Genius, CLAWS)
##Ideally you have a professional insurance qualification, or are working towards it (e.g. CII)
##Preferably a Bachelor degree in Law, economics or other appropriate discipline
##At ease in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
##Good understanding of legal and regulatory framework, processes and procedures,
##Knowledge of reserving principles and practices; robust understanding of coinsurance, reinsurance and risk transfer
##Highly organized, able to prioritize and work to deadlines
##Positive team spirit and excellent relational skills, at ease handling remote relationships
