Do you possess a deep understanding of ITIL principles and CMDB management? Are you skilled in orchestrating integrations within complex IT service management ecosystems? Join us as an ITSM Integration Specialist and be a vital part of our team, responsible for enhancing IT asset management and optimizing service delivery.

Required Expertise:

  • ITIL and CMDB: Profound expertise in ITIL practices, with a particular focus on Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • ITSM Solution OmniTracker: Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, specifically the OmniTracker platform (https://www.omnitracker.com/en/products/omnitracker/).
  • System Programming Languages: Proficiency in various system programming languages, including PowerShell, Shell Scripting, Perl, Awk, SQL, JavaScript, and Python.
  • ETL Solutions: Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) solutions for data integration.
  • APIs: Familiarity with APIs, including REST, SOAP, and others.

Responsibilities:

  • Integration Development and Deployment: Lead the development and deployment of integrations that facilitate the creation and updating of CMDB assets and their relationships within the OmniTracker platform. These integrations will interface with existing management tools such as Cisco ACI/DNA, vmWare VSphere, LANSweeper, and others.

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop and deploy integration solutions that enable seamless creation and updates of CMDB assets and relationships in OmniTracker from existing management tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration processes and data accuracy.
  • Provide expertise in configuring and optimizing integration workflows.
  • Maintain clear documentation of integration processes, requirements, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing ITSM solutions, with a focus on CMDB.
  • Proficiency in system programming languages, including but not limited to PowerShell, Shell Scripting, Perl, Awk, SQL, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Familiarity with ETL solutions and APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
