Job description

We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to work on an opportunity within the Pharmaceuticals Industry. The client has a specific requirement for the Construction Manager to join their team based in Brussels, Belgium for the next 18 Months.

The client is the EPCM contractor on the project and they are looking for candidates with a strong track record of delivering projects over 50m€ in value. These projects can be from any sector, but some pharmaceutical project experience is highly desired.

START: ASAP

LOCATION: Brussels, Belgium

Contract length - 18 Month Contract

Specification:

  • Mechanical, electrical or piping background, specifically on EPCM projects.
  • English speaking (French or Dutch is a bonus)
  • Experience working on projects with values of 50m€ or higher.
  • Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or other hygienic / clean environments is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to manage planning, quality and safety.
  • Familiarity with HSE, permit and LOTO procedures.

The requirement for the role is to supervise all construction works on the live construction site, starting with civils and structural, progressing to mechanical / electrical fit out in January. Responsible for effective construction, health and safety and successful package completion.
