Our client offers financial solutions in the field of leasing and rental, helping their customers to develop their business. Are you passionate about providing the best possible service and do you have excellent commercial talent? Do you have a good knowledge of the business world? Then you might be the future contracting manager they need. In this position you are the central contact for the account managers in terms of contract management and optimization, in cooperation with the Sales Manager. You follow the legal and fiscal developments in our field and give advice and support to the Corporate & Real Estate team. You also manage a team of internal Sales Officers.

Your tasks include :
  • Drafting/verifying contracts and leasing offers;
  • Revising and following up notarial deeds;
  • Administrative follow-up of existing and current leasing contracts;
  • Follow-up of the relevant legal, tax and VAT legislation and inform your colleagues about this through presentations;
  • Participating in commercial meetings & meetings with internal and external experts on tax and legal issues.

Your profile

Your education and competencies :
  • You have a bachelor’s degree (supplemented with some experience) or master’s degree in law (or equivalent through experience);
  • You are very communicative in writing and orally in Dutch and French. You have at least a passive knowledge of French. The extension with English and/or German is a plus;
  • You have a very commercial attitude;
  • You are accurate and analytical;
  • You have a sharp eye for detail;
  • You can formulate advice to the point;
  • You are a team player and eager to learn.
