Our client, a major player in its market, is looking for an external Corporate Recruiterto reinforce its Talent Acquisition teamin Puurs (Willebroek). For this assignment you will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead for Belgium and Germany.

What you’ll do

  • You will work closely with: HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and your colleagues from our client’s Talent Acquisition team.
  • During the entire process, you ensure a positive customer and candidate experience.
  • You ensure a time and cost-efficient recruitment process.
  • You evaluate the experience/personality of the candidates and match this with company goals & cultural fit.
  • At each stage of the process, you are the first point of contact for all parties involved.
  • You will build strong and lasting relationships with internal (HR BP, Talent Acquisition, Hiring managers) and external parties.
  • You will develop a strong understanding of Pfizer’s compensation policies.
  • You will develop and deliver training to hiring managers (HRIS, interviewing techniques, etc.)
  • You will discuss, initiate & execute projects as required.

Who we’re looking for

  • Level of education: Bachelor/Master
  • Few years of experience within corporate recruitment, a recruitment agency, or an executive search firm;
  • Fluent in English & Dutch
  • Strong in process thinking
  • You can easily work with different IT systems
  • You are administratively strong and are always looking for ways to make things more efficient.
  • Strong in stakeholder management.

What you’ll get

  • Full-time assignment: 5 days/week - flexible working hours & days ;
  • Homeworking is possible after an onboarding period ;

Two contractual options :

  • Working as a Consultant for Strand Associates Consulting with a permanent contractoffering a salary in line with the market with a competitive package!
  • Working as a Freelance Consultant, via Strand Associates Consulting, with a long-term assignment contract offering a daily rate in line with the market.
