You’re part of the finance team in Belgium / Heverlee. You’ll be working with the F&A team, and you report to our Finance Manager BE/NL.
  • Managing client portfolio
  • Follow-up of the aging balance for some entities of the group
  • Sending reminders
  • Processing payments
  • Monthly closing (provisions, bad debts, ...)
  • General improvement of current processes
  • Determining the creditworthiness of new and existing customers
  • Provide support for other entities within the group
Jobgerelateerde competenties
  • Procedures voor het administratieve en financiële beheer, indicatoren voor de opvolging van de activiteit en rapportering aan de directie, bepalen en opstarten
  • Toezicht houden op en coördineren van de werking van de diensten, de juridische advisering inzake geschillen en financiële constructies
  • Toezicht houden op en coördineren van de beheerscontrole en de interne audit (evaluatie van de financiële risico’s, validatie van fiscale keuzes, ...)
  • De begroting van de organisatie opstellen, voorleggen aan de leidinggevende instanties en aanpassingen uitvoeren
