Job Summary

As a CSIRT Member, you will be part of the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) responsible for identifying, analysing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents within the organization. You will work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure the security and integrity of the company’s information systems.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Listening capacity (identify needs and crisis situation)
  • Creativity (in problem solving and other situations)
  • Methodical (be organized, be able to anticipate, respect methodology and best practices, guarantee constant accuracy in documentation and realization of missions, etc.)
  • Communication (spoken and written both in French and English)
  • Commitment (constant can do attitude and willingness on reaching customers’ satisfaction in order to respect engagement towards team and customers)
  • Consistency in maintaining soft and technical skills upgraded
  • Evaluation and analysis capacity (evaluate crisis situation, customers’ needs, set priorities)
  • Team Work (communicate and synchronize with peers)
  • Stress Resistance (able to keep calm and professional attitude in under pressure situations)
  • Adaptation capacity (be able to adapt to the different customers’ environments met during missions)
  • Coaching (be able to coach junior consultants and trainees)

Essential Skills

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputed University.
  • Incident:

Ø Process all Security incidents (Take Down, CVE publication, extract IOC from malware analysis, log mining with correlation, forensic, breach analysis doubt removal, malicious documents analysis) beyond procedures.

Ø Daily survey and notifications.

Ø Manage all customers’ requests on products sold by the company.

Ø Manage all incidents, change and uses cases tickets.

  • Change:

Ø Deliver missions sold to customers

Ø Perform Incident Response Readiness Assessments for customers.

Ø Perform audit and consultancy missions.

Ø Help when required the incident handler.

Ø Manage all incidents, change and Use cases tickets.

Ø Promote CERT-XLM team during promotional events.

Ø Participate when required to CERT community mandatory events.

  • Reporting:

Ø Maintain continuously the documentation

Ø Respect report’s structure

Ø Respect process of publication validation (cross-reading and validate)
