Customer Project Manager

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

Responsibilities:

• Overall Project Management in telecom core, cloud, OSS and BSS domains.
• Responsible for delivery of customer (sub-)project services within scope and to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Primary interface to customer, customer management, internal & external governance and reporting.
• Financial management: project budget & cost tracking, revenue & invoicing according to project milestones, working capital & cash-flow, forecasting.
• Adequate project planning & resource allocation, respect milestones, risk management, application of best practices.
• Supporting presales activities (statement of work, cost estimates, risk evaluation).

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience as Project Manager in telecom networks
• Excellent leadership skills
• Senior customer management experience
• Team player and flexible to work in a complex environment
• Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) and familiar with recent developments in project methodology.
• Fluent in Dutch or French (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken)
