In Ericsson Belgium we are looking for a Customer Project Manager (CPM) to join our team. The CPM will be responsible for various Transmission projects for our customers. As CPM, you will be accountable for the project financials, and manage your customers, internal stakeholders and external partners (Subco’s). You will be driving your projects making fact-based decisions based on data. You will mitigate issues and be proactive together with our customers using a customer-centric mindset.

You will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Be process owner for your projects and interactions with other stakeholders.
  • Maintain quality of the customers’ network & results, considering contractual KPI’s.
  • Drive the different streams to meet their objectives.
  • Act as one Ericsson: make decisions in scope of the full scope we deliver towards the customer.
  • Support our external partners to meet common goals.
  • Get along with Operational departments at Ericsson and customer side.
  • Follow up on key indicators, using dashboards and tools, identify risks and raise alerts and accordingly.
  • Propose and manage processes and tools changes, internally and towards our sub-contractors and customer.
  • Complete project governance process including status reporting, issue and risk identification and appropriate partner concern; adjust plan and communicate status, forecasts and plan revisions as needed; maintain project dashboard.
  • Lead, mentor and develop individuals and teams.
  • Ensure budget establishment and follow up according to contractual obligations.
  • Scope management, including Change request handling.

Other requirements:

  • Education: BAC+5
  • Min years of experience of CPM: 2 years
  • Understanding of Radio Access Networks and Mobile Backhaul is a must.
  • Deep experience of Excel or related experience on database tracking, reporting and analyze .
  • Knowledge in one or more of the different telecom areas are a plus.
  • Understanding of the Belgium Telecom market and its challenges is a plus.
  • Knowledge on how to setup and lead" a project budget.
  • Experience in Customer facing positions.
  • Ability to assess and improve processes.
  • Experience inspiring change and implementing new processes and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with different organizations and profiles.
  • Dedication and ability to work in Ericsson’s new way of working (ethical and compliant way).
  • Good communication skills: both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with the English Language.
