Mission
  • You ensure a good order entry for all pharma customers and all order types
  • You handle all complaints and returns
  • You communicate clearly and efficiently by phone and e-mail by answering the questions of the customers and provide qualitative and timely responses
  • Interact with customers as an ambassador ensuring a strong relationship and trust are maintained
  • You prepare customer service-related reporting etc

Profile
  • You are able to work in a changing environment
  • You have (by preference) experience with SAP
  • You have a very good understanding of sales & order management processes
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
