Farmaline, the online pharmacy for Belgium, is the largest and leading Online Pharmacy of our country. We have been active since 2008 from our office in Tongeren. Farmaline is part of Shop Apotheke Europe, which in turn is active in the European E-commerce sector with multiple websites. We are always looking for talented and motivated people to join our team. Our company guarantees excellent international customer service for our patients via phone, chat, email and social media.

Today we are looking for a Teamlead Customer service (m/f/x) to manage the French speaking team. Here you combine your passion for customer service with your people management skills and organizational magic.

Your tasks:

¿ Mapping and analyzing the performance of CS agents

¿ Maintain and follow up the quality of CS agents: evaluations, coaching conversations/ interviews.

¿ Responsible for processing reviews on external platforms: Trustpilot, eKomi, Google Review, social media, escalated complaints

¿ Proactively create and manage team-specific projects

¿ SPOC of the team for process related questions/issues

Profil

Your Profile:

¿ You have at least two years of experience within a customer service environment

¿ You also have at least two years of experience in a managerial role

¿ You have a very good knowledge of French and Dutch and/or English

¿ You give feedback to agents and communicate with the CS manager in an open and result-oriented way

¿ You are eager to learn: our company is constantly evolving and your knowledge must evolve with it.

¿ You work with precision and accuracy: you pay attention to the presentation of your work, as you have to judge others on this as well.
