Customer Service Technician – Belgium (Flanders)

Our client is a young, innovative and fast-growing plant construction company, which develops, designs, produces, installs and maintains fully automated storage systems for pharmacies. Their systems are made in Germany, and they supply customers in sixteen countries. Due to strong growth, they are looking for a customer service technician in Belgium

Job Description

Your profile:

  • +2 years of experience in a customer orientated maintenance technical service role.
  • You have completed basic electrical or mechanical training (with knowledge of the other field).
  • Fluency in Dutch; good working knowledge of English
  • You have a high service orientation, and you appreciate the independence as a technician in customer service.
  • You are mobile and flexible when it comes to customer support.
  • Driving license
  • Ideally experience with the work demands of a service technician
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Base in Belgium- Flemish part.
