Baobab Collection, a leader in the world of luxury home fragrances, is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Digital Content Specialist to cover a 6-month maternity leave, from December 2024 to June 2025.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In collaboration with the Marketing Team, defining and planning our marketing calendar based on product launches and key commercial periods. More specifically:

CRM

Managing the CRM strategy on Klaviyo for both EU and US markets:

  • Creating and scheduling our biweekly newsletters (in 6 languages)
  • Developing new email flows and optimizing existing ones
  • Managing customer databases
  • Conducting A/B tests
  • Analyzing and monitoring results

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Defining the editorial strategy for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), including content creation and scheduling of posts/stories in line with our marketing calendar
  • Analyzing and tracking performance

CONTENT CREATION

  • Writing and publishing SEO-optimized content based on recommendations from our agency
  • Writing, formatting, and publishing blog articles according to our marketing calendar and SEO opportunities
  • Creating videos/assets for paid ads using Canva
  • Briefing and coordinating the creation of motion design videos with external designers
  • Participating in various e-commerce projects: managing the loyalty program, creating new site pages, continuous website optimization, and more.
  • Editing videos (cropping, adding subtitles, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.
  • General understanding of digital, e-commerce, and the codes of digital communication
  • Strong aesthetic sense
  • Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling
  • Analytical mindset
  • Attention to detail
  • Curiosity
  • Fluent in French and English
