As a Digital Local Business Owner, you will be responsible to guarantee the best in class in place in use of digital tools* as e.a. SAP, CDW, power BI, spotfire, sharepoint, .... for Belgian operations.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following

• Act as the technical subject matter expert who assists the business on the best tool’s choice optimizes the user’s DDA journey (diagnose)
• Define User Specific Requirements and if needed translate in a model data and interpret results to create value
• Design the solution in the adequate tool
• Ensure the validation of the solution
• Dispense transversal instructions/training to users
• Maintain local documentation updated and validated
• Support the In use digital tool (ea. Monitoring of usage)
• Lead and organize continuous improvement of system and services to meet client’s satisfaction
• Solve problems in his area (ea. Maintenance, hypercare)
• Define and or develop reporting associated to the tool to cover the needs of the business in term of status training or KPI’s, Anaytics to enable production activities, continuous improvement, optimise costs
• Continually monitor system usage and functions versus authorities’ requirement and local SOP’s if applicable
• You work with the project team to quickly prototype, launch and test changes that will improve and deliver the end product ( eg dashboard )
• Animate a network of stakeholders inside functional area
• You drive iterative communication with end users and business SMEs to ensure that digital’s tool is aligned with their needs
• You work with project teams and stakeholders across the org to coordinate effective delivery of the Minimum Valuable Product with impactful communications,
  

Our Local Business Management Process department characterizes by being a central team of technical experts of all digital & data analytics solutions to support manufacturing and annexed services such as Quality, engineering, logistic, CI, LMSAT (short information about the organization and how the team is composed).

Why you?

Basic Qualifications

• Bio-engineer, Process Engineer or Business Engineer degree
• Excellent knowledge as end-user and project manager of SAP modules related with his/her business process.
• Experience in ERP or digital solutions as user or project manager is key (5-7 years experience).
• Knowledge of quality control activities is a must.
• Expertise in Project Management and Validation Methodology
• Good knowledge of GSK Vaccines Organization, especially in developing partnership with Tech organization and GSK Vaccine network.
• Champion for Change Management.
• Agile experience is an asset-Innovative mindset
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Knowledge of cGxP requirements is an asset
• Knowledge in Microsoft Azure Cloud, Power BI technologies, Pithon, SQL is a plus
• Balanced mix of technical and business skills: deep understanding of the business problem that the digital tool is designed to solve
• Able to evaluate potential innovative technology areas relevant to his area
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly learn and understand business processes and problems to effectively design solutions
• Project management experience, good communication skills, team player
• Ability to manage relationships and expectations with various types of stakeholders

Once our pioneering treatments have been developed, they are manufactured to the highest standards and distributed across the regions that need them most. Accomplishing this as efficiently and quickly as possible can quite literally be a matter of life and death. So, it’s no wonder that more than 70% of our talented workforce is based within Global Industrial Operations- the essential business unit that manufactures and manages the entire vaccine supply process, from customer order to product dispatch on a global scale. As the name suggests, it operates in a multi-national context across more than 17 sites around the world, working closely in tandem with colleagues from a variety of disciplines and professions. The department is structured in operating units that focus on various aspects of the manufacturing and supply process. These include Industrialization (overseeing the transfer of production from R&D to a commercial level), Supply Chain Management and Technical Services.
