As our Digital Marketeer, you will focus on performance based digital marketing activities to make sure sales reach their max potential. You will work seamlessly with both sales & marketing teams, making sure the online experience is well-aligned with our offline efforts. As to whether your job responsibilities are diverse! That’s an understatement.

TO DO

  • You write copy & create email journeys, implement best practice email marketing templates and optimise flows in close collaboration with our communication- and digital marketing manager.
  • You deal with data-driven marketing campaigns (e-mailing, search, social advertising, etc.) and e-commerce initiatives and you will lead several digital marketing projects in close collaboration with the marketing and sales team, e.g.: help building the digital roadmap.
  • You monitor and analyse the impact of online campaigns on agreed KPI’s (via SoMe, Google and e-mail) and take action when necessary to ensure the quality and further improvement of results.
  • You co-build the digital marketing plan, convert it into concrete actions and evaluate in order to maximize sales. Ensure continuous improvement based on AB testing, analyse results and give recommendations to improve.
  • You are the internal specialist in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and offer support to your colleagues in this.
  • You will collaborate and keep in touch with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the best possible content.
  • You love to stay well informed of the evolutions within the digital marketing world.

TO BE

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree and can look back on at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You combine a hands-on approach with a creative mindset.
  • Besides keeping the helicopter view, you don’t shy away from ensuring ads are put in place correctly, newsletters sent on a timely manner.
  • You are result driven, have an eye for detail and are a strong communicator.
  • Do you have a grasp of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)? Then you have a head start!
  • You are acquainted with SEA, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin.
  • You are fluent in English, and your mother tongue is Dutch and/or French.
