As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you play a crucial role in making sure our real estate agencies are a success. You will be responsible for the overall digital success of our agencies in Belgium by gaining local B2C brand awareness in the digital world and stimulating traffic to our online channels and for generating qualitative leads. You will be a key player in the Marketing Success team, dedicated to our agencies’ success !

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the digital success of our real estate agencies in Belgium through defining & implementing their local digital campaigns.
• You develop & continuously improve a digital marketing strategy for our agencies that differentiates We Invest even further in the real estate market (brand awareness and B2C lead generation)
• You determine the digital strategy and target group for attracting leads to buy properties in new development projects and then set up the appropriate campaigns
• You are responsible for planning and managing digital marketing budgets for SEA, mailings, social media, display advertising etc.
• You develop, implement and manage PPC campaigns for social media for our agencies
• You are responsible for the clear reporting of campaigns performance to our agencies
• Based on your analysis, you rework and/or optimise your campaigns’ strategy in order to generate more leads and traffic
• You identify local trends, best practices and insights and then optimise the budget & strategy based on these insights

Team

• You will be responsible to recruit, train and manage a junior digital marketeer to help ensure agencies’ success
• You will work closely with the Marketing Success team composed of account managers (in direct contact with our agencies) and graphic designers (who support you in visuals’ creation)

About you:

• You obtained a bachelor or master degree in business administration/marketing
• You already have at least two years of experience in digital marketing
• You master Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager
• You have experience with Google Tag manager and you know how hotjar works
• You are a fluent Dutch or French speaker and you also have a professional level of English
• You have a positive & winner mindset
• You are customer-focused — You understand the needs of your clients
• You are proactive & solution-oriented
• You get satisfaction from seeing positive results out of your actions
• You are an organisational king or queen
• Your colleagues like working with you because you give them good briefings, debriefings and friendly pats on the back
