UPS Capital Europe – Brussels (Belgium)

UPS Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of UPS, is expanding in Europe. UPS Capital provides risk mitigation and financial solutions for business of all sizes and industries along global supply chains. In support of UPS Capital’s accelerated Digital Transformation it is essential to acquire additional talent to the young established Marketing team. We are looking for a team member that has experience in digital marketing, possesses creativity, has a fun & bright vibe, great analytical skills and embraces change.

Job Responsibilities:

You will create clear value propositions, strategies and impactful campaigns to take our business to the next level.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO, email campaigns, social media and display advertising campaigns and other digital tools.

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.

What you’ll need:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing

  • Demonstrable in-depth experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools

  • Working knowledge of Json API, JavaScript development and constraints

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS would be an asset

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Strong creative and writing skills

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment

  • Fluency in English (both written and oral), German, French and Italian an asset
