We are looking for a strong Product Owner/ Project Manager to join our Digital IS team to support the digital roadmap for one of our business units .

In the digital agency we focus on digital business transformation and innovation, which is key in our business strategy. Digital projects are executed according to the agile project methodology by the development teams. As a program manager you work together in day-to-day activities with the IT development team, though close interaction with the stakeholders is also very important in this role.

Those digital projects include websites to inspire our customers, customer self- service tools, B2B customer care and commerce platform, mobile apps, CRM and other sales enablement tools.

As a Product Owner you will
    • Manage, prioritize and assess work for our multi-disciplinary development teams.
    • Manage budget, scope, timeline of multiple digital projects for the business unit
    • Align with business stakeholders from different departments (marketing, sales, customer service, …) on priorities and requirements.
    • Provide transparency towards all stakeholders on scope and analyze the impact on each involved party.
    • Cooperate with the development team and team architects to build future proof and steady solutions
    • Be part of the digital agency leadership to define the digital roadmap and digital strategy with clear business goals and ROI. Translate the digital strategy into key success factors, KPIs and specified use cases.
    • Actively take part in the scrum events such as daily stand-up, refinement session, sprint review and retrospective
    • Cooperate with other product owners to align the workload of the development teams with other strategic initiatives.
    • Act as a servant leader as you proactively support and stimulate the development team to be self-organized and work towards continuous improvement.

You will be part of an ambitious and progressive digital organization. Our core technologies are SAP Hybris PCM & Commerce, Adobe Asset Management, SAP sales cloud C4C, Sitecore.

What Are We Looking For
    • 5+ years of experience as IS project manager or product owner
    • You can easily communicate with both management, customers and developers
    • Fluency in Dutch and English
    • Experience in commerce and sales applications
    • Customer centricity is your second nature
    • Strong business and leadership skills
    • Agile mindset and knowledge of SCRUM framework
