Tasks And Qualifications

The EMEA IB and Warranty manages all the installed base tools and infomations from the system.

S/He is responsible of the management of warranties and process

S/He contrinutes to follow up actions as well as develop with the rest of the team the new service offering.

S/He needs to be an active player to propose standardisation and implementation of across the Customer Service EMEA team.
  • Create and run install base tool for EMEA
  • Manage information from that system
  • Run all warranty claims and process
  • Drive IB and Warranty KPIs
  • Manage the continual improvement in his scope.
  • Be a force of proposal to the Control Tower team with concrete and quantified elements
