As European Fleet coordinator at Goodman you will have the ownership to coordinate and optimize our fleet operations across seven European countries. You will continue to drive our organization’s transition to electrical vehicles (EVs), and guide our employees through the mindset shift from traditional diesel vehicles to cutting-edge electrical alternatives, all while maintaining high service standards for our employees.

More Concretely, This Means You Will Get The Opportunity

  • Fleet Management: manage a fleet of 140 vehicles distributed across seven European countries. Be the single point of contact for all Fleet related questions.
  • Electrification strategy: drive and implement strategies to accelerate the electrification or our fleet, including the evaluation of electrical vehicle options, charging infrastructure and sustainability initiatives
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, leasing companies, and service providers to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure cost-effective fleet operations.
  • Maintenance & Service: Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of vehicles to minimize downtime and ensure the safety and reliability of our fleet.
  • Budget oversight: Develop and manage the fleet budget, tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing spending while maintaining service levels.
  • Reporting & analysis: Generate regular reports on fleet performance, utilization, and key metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Do you recognize yourself?

  • Proven experience in fleet management (min 5 year of relevant experience) with a focus on optimizing operations, implementing sustainable practices and maintaining high employee satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of electric vehicles (EVs), charging infrastructure, and renewable energy solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Team player who believes in a win-win mentality and who believes that for every problem we can find a solution.
