Job Title – Field Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client, a leader in their field are looking for a results-driven marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Planning, executing, and measuring demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue.
  • Contributes to creation of strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue
  • objectives.
  • Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Partners, Product
  • Marketing, Customer Success Managers, Value Management and external influencers.
  • Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing
  • 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years’ in B2B Marketing
  • Proven track record executing multi-faceted programs
  • Strategic understanding of solutions being marketed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Dutch or French speaking. English required (comfortable with presentations and meetings in English)
