Description

Your task will be the verification and validation of Anti Money Laundering files and the identification of final beneficiaries of our customers (AMLD4 and AMLD5). This analysis is an important task within the bank and is the basis of further customer relationship.

The main tasks are:

  • Critical analysis of the different documents provided by the customer through our Front Office;
  • Checking and validating these documents;
  • Successfully following up the files until their final processing;
  • Communicating with the different departments (Front Office, Back Office, Compliance, Legal,...) through mail, banking tools and skype.

Your profile

  • You have knowledge of identification requirements within the bank or are willing to acquire them quickly;
  • You have an interest in legislation for legal entities
  • You have a bachelor’s degree;
  • you enjoy challenges and have a sense of responsibility;
  • you can work independently, but you are also a team player;
  • You have an analytical and critical mind;
  • You are efficient and customer oriented;
  • You are stress resistant;
  • You have strong communication skills;
  • You have an excellent level of Dutch/French and a thorough knowledge of the second national language and English.
