A company active in the retail is currently looking for a new Finance and Payroll Manager to be based in its Brussels office. As the Finance and Payroll Manager, you will be working closely with a team.

Some of the main responsibilities of the new Finance and Payroll Manager will be as follows:

  • You will be managing the company’s payroll from A to Z;
  • You will oversee the budget – forecast and variance analysis;
  • You will review of the consolidation;
  • You will develop new processes to improve the global financial efficiency;
  • You will participate in ad-hoc projects.

The ideal candidate for this position has at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role in an international environment. The ideal candidate has a global financial and commercial awareness.

You are fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Dutch will be considered as an asset.

If you are proactive, dynamic, hands-on, team player, you have excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills, you are challenge and solutions oriented and are ready to face a new challenge in an international environment, do not hesitate to apply and become the new Finance and Payroll Manager.
